Local art teachers are eligible to submit the artwork of up to two individual students in grades K-12 only. Artwork created collaboratively by groups of students is ineligible for this exhibition.

Note: City Hall Security will not allow teachers or students to pick up artwork from the gallery without COCA’s Exhibitions Director on location to oversee delivery and pick-up of artwork. All artwork should be delivered and picked up at the COCA offices.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in the secondary grade levels (grades 6-12) will receive a plaque and a ribbon. Honorable Mention winners will receive a ribbon. There is no competitive component for the participating student artists in grades K-5. All participating student artists will receive a Winter Festival Certificate of Participation.
Important Notice: Due to the Homeland Security Advisory System, all activities, events, and other Winter Festival Components are subject to change or cancelation. Notification of such changes or cancelations will be submitted accordingly.
If a person with a disability requires an accommodation to participate or if special seating arrangements are needed, requests must be made to the event coordinator seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event.
The City of Tallahassee Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Affairs Department reserves the right to photograph/videotape facilities, activities, and program participants for potential future use without compensation.
